They got a new menu. Too many selections!
    Fresh and authentic Vietnamese food.

They even updated their bathroom! Amazing!

They have friendly servers too. Chloe & Le are aweco!

I highly recommend this place! :)

3 star we ordered pho and has no favor at all + couldn't use my debit card because it was declined. I called my bank with report that there's nothing wrong with my card and according to the bank's representative it could be there's something wrong with their machine. So, I tried again and declined.....then I used my mom's visa card and it was declined, as well. Coincidence.....huh....

So, I had to pay cash which I really didn't want too....

Just left this restaurant and I am very disappointed. We ordered Bun Rieu , Fried Pompano Fish and a Banh Xeo.

Everything else was fine but the Banh Xeo was fried very crispy to the point it was really hard (struggle to break off a piece of pancake hard) I honestly think the batter was bad so it fried that way. But besides the point I asked the waiter if they can take it back to remake a new one or I'll pay for half since I took a bite off it. He said he needs to ask his manager.
He came back saying that the lady messed up the first time so she had to make another one and what we received was the second one she made. So.... that means  it's my fault she messed up the first time? The second one was horrible too and I showed him how bad it was and he just shrugged and said "sorry".

    1. I'm still a server and I could tell he was an inexperienced server. If he was experienced he would've told the manager in more detail that we hardly touched the dish and it did look bad and tried to tell her it would be best to make another one or take it off the bill.

    2. My family owns a restaurant and if the kitchen makes a mistake we own up to it and make sure we remake the dish so that the customer has a good customer experience. (Especially when they clearly didn't eat the dish at all, if a customer eats the whole dish clean and then complains... I don't think that's a valid complaint. But in all honesty we still try to make the customer happy by accommodating their complaints.)

Anyways I never like to give bad reviews because I know how hard it is to run a business to please everyone but... this experience was the worst I ever had. Ever-

Be-aware if you have a Peanut Allergy

In short, I ordered a dish and wound up poisoned.
I have been aware of my allergy and dutifully check every menu for any allergy information.  At this place they did not bother to mention what had peanuts and what did not.  After receiving my dish I then noticed it had peanuts.

I alerted the waiter and he acted like it was the biggest problem ever to give me a dish that wouldn't poison me.  He left and came back, I thought everything was ok,  I was wrong.  I ate most of the dish and as I reached the bottom I discovered that they had removed the peanuts and flipped the dish upside down.  I could feel the tell tale signs of anaphylaxis and realized that they hadn't even tried to comply to my request.

If you go here, be aware, they do not care about your allergy and will actively poison you through laziness.  I cannot recommend a place that cares so little for it's customers.  There are PLENTY of great places to eat in Rancho.  Do yourself a favor,  avoid Pho Viet!

Extremely disappointed because I like the food here.
Waited one hour and never received my meal. I asked several times in that hour if my order was put in, and was told that they're preparing it. Finally at the end of the hour, the server went to the back and I was told they didn't start making it. When I asked how long it would take, I was told it won't be ready because they haven't made it. I ordered a salad. I was kind and patient the whole time. They did nothing to resolve it, just brought my friends bill out and told me that they cancelled my order. I was shocked. And hungry.
I rarely write bad reviews because I don't want to hurt a business, but I hope this encourages the staff to make changes so that this doesn't continue to happen. On my way to find fast food now!
